It is not size or price. It is design and construction decisions made before digging, which cannot be changed later.
A shell that does not crack
Reinforced concrete with structural calculations, not filled block. Costa Rica is a seismic zone: it is the difference between a seasonal crack and one that never appears.
The finish sets the colour of the water
Glass tile, natural stone or glass: each returns light differently. We have installed eleven finishes; see them all in the finish catalog.
Structural glass
Tempered and laminated glass engineered to hold the water with no visible frames. This is our specialty — more on glass wall pools.
One shell, several uses
At Punta Leona, 45 m² of irregular shape resolve spa, swim area and sun shelf in a single shell. An infinity edge does the same with the view.
Light is half the project
Programmable colour LED lighting under the water. At night the pool becomes the main view of the house.
Operation is automated
Variable speed pumps, salt chlorination and temperature control from a smart system. Less manual maintenance, less consumption.
Materials we actually install.
All of them come from our own job sites, not from a supplier catalogue.
Glass tile
Fine grain mosaic. It is the finish that most defines the tone of the water, from light turquoise to deep teal.
Natural stone
Sukabumi and river stone for edges, coping and decks.
Structural glass
Tempered and laminated glass engineered to hold the water with no visible frames.
Luminescent glass tile
Photoluminescent finish: it charges with daylight and glows at night with no electricity.

We measure your lot and design the pool to fit, with a photorealistic 3D render before any digging.
Fixed price in writing

Our own crews
Our own crews, certified materials and permanent supervision. A typical residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks.
Handover and maintenance
Delivered ready to swim, with an optional monthly maintenance plan — also for owners who live abroad.

How much does a luxury pool cost in Costa Rica?
Size matters less than people think: the terrain, the type of edge and the finish weigh more. We quote a fixed price after the site visit — details in pool construction cost.
How long does construction take?
A typical residential pool takes 8 to 12 weeks. You get a written schedule for your project at the site visit.
Do you build outside the Central Valley?
Yes, all over the country, with our own crews: Guanacaste, Tamarindo, the Caribbean and more.
I live abroad. Can you look after the pool?
Yes. We also look after pools whose owners do not live in the country: scheduled visits and a documented system, with a monthly maintenance plan.

We come, we measure and we tell you honestly what is possible and what it costs. The site visit is free.
